ELS Model B-1 8 way flasher wiring question.

Hello everyone I took a brake from building to clean up my wireing cabinet. And did something really dumb, when I bought my bus they disabled my ambers and reds. I got my reds and stop sign working a while ago by plugging in the double white wires on the ground connection. So today I toke my best guess and started plugging in wires to the override switch connection and run inside turn it to acc and try the lights. well must have chosen the wrong one and I smoked the little yellow box, the reds flashed once then I smelled the burning electrical. Then totally dead. Thankfully the bus still starts and functions normally. So I bought a replacement flasher unit and will replace after some research ....

I found this post http://www.skoolie.net/forums/f27/th...html#post52167 and my wireing matchs that but I am missing my override switch wire but I can't find any lose brown wires in my wire nest. Any know were that brown wire is and what the override switch functions?

A quick follow up, When I would turn on the master flasher switch the reds and stop sign would automatically come on, I did not know this but from what I understand you should turn the master flasher switch on then nothing happens then you push the 2nd switch, that turns on the ambers then it waits until you open the door to turn on the reds, then the whole system go's off when you close the door? Is that correct?
