Emergency Exit Light Battery Question

So I have the ability to get 78 NEW emergency exit batteries for basically free (Home Depot SKU 742535). And 37 of the 7aH version. Does anyone know if these could be used in my bus for the 12v house power? They would need to run an inverter in addition to DC needs and possibly solar. Thoughts?

Nice bus, yes on paper and technically they could power that stuff. But the space and effort required to get them all wired up would not be with it. But would be kind of cool to see a giant laptop battery or Tesla pack built. Fun yes practical no.

Make other stuff with them.
