Ford truck genius please?

This ain't a skoolie issue, but having recently murdered my nissan HB pickup see pic and god bless for me walking away. I bought a 1995 F150 with dual tanks and a 4.9 the engine cranks and will fire and run on carb cleaner which means I have a fuel issue. I've found the fuel inertia shutoff and not tripped. It hasn't run off the back tank for several years. I was told it has 3 pumps? Anyone know how the system actually operates? And can I jack up the bed like I did on my hardbody for access to the in tank pumps? I have a Hilton's but can't even find the fuse and relay locations. Thanks for wasting my $24! Hate to have to tow it home. Golfersmurf57@gmail.com

I’m not sure what years or if it was just Ranger pickups but Ford has/had a safety switch that’s supposed to shut the motor down in case of a wreck/roll over. I’ve know two different people that have tripped that switch without actually wrecking the vehicle. Some had a manual reset button, some had to go to Ford to reset.
It stops the fuel pump.

Inertia switch should be behind the passenger side kick panel. It should have a button to reset it. By the looks of the truck I assume it was triggered, glad you are able to complain about it!
