For wipers, look for GM shop manuals. eBay usually has a wide selection, OEM or aftermarket.

For the bus itself, I found this. Covers both Ford and GM van cutaway chassis. It's 2001 ( my bus is 2008 ) but much of the wiring is similar if not the same. Thomas was very nice in that they printed the circuit designation on every wire in their harnesses every 4-6 inches. This was enough for me to understand the wiring harness.

The 2001 Thomas diagrams will likely be very similar, but probably not exactly the same as 1995.

Thomas will have revised their wiring over the years, but it would have been madness to totally rename and renumber the circuits between changes.

The result is that at least on my bus ( 2008 ) all the basic circuits (turn signals, brake lights, marker lights, etc) have the same circuit numbers and colors as in the 2001 manual. There are some big differences (my harness was built as one big piece, the older ones apparently had connectors), but not as many as you might suspect.

Your harness may also have wires that aren't used. Mine has wires for heated mirrors, destination lighting, and a few other things that were not optioned on the original bus.

Wheel chair lift, Vandlock, and A/C circuits may be in a users manual and not found in the basic wiring.
