Handy portable solar panel with USB port

This portable solar panel has a USB port, and right now it's on sale for $12.99. I thought some of you might be interested.

I’ve had good luck with their products. I bought a kit and added on.

For that price I might try it. It could charge my phone when backpacking.

Peace

Could it even charge a phone? I mean, less that an amp... Is there enough juice coming out of this thing to trigger the charge function on most modern phones?

I have a small panel like that I flap over my backback when im taking my outdoor summer walks.. it keeps my phone charged while its in my pocket.. sicne I often track my city coffee-shop tour walks with my phone its really nice to have.. a slightly bigger panel with 12 volts stuck in the windshield of your bus while its parked in the sun will keep the battery up so it will start easy when you want to drive... I have a nice folder panel thats like a briefcase i stick in the windshield if im going to be parked for extended times..
