Help! :(

Hello, I'm by no means an electrician and am looking for some advice on a 500 Watt solar panel install. Recently acquired 5-100 Watt solar panels (M-PW1000) and two controllers (Xantrex C40 & BZ products MPPT 200). I also have a 6000 Watt continuous inverter (12000 Watt peak) and a block of 4 batteries. My question is how to I run everything to get optimal performance out of what I have and do I need to run both controllers or would one be enough?

Also have will have a 60 amp converter (both ac and dc) for shore power and a 6500 Watt diesel generator for off grid camping if that helps anything.
