Help selecting sound system, backup camera, and light bars

Hello, I have a 2000 Ford E450 22 ft shuttle bus and about to order a new receiver, backup camera and some light bars for the front of the bus for driving in dirt roads at night and a side light AKA porch light for at night sitting outside. When I picked up my bus the receiver face plate was missing and has the stock paper cone 5 in speakers. I don't want to spend a fortune, but do want the sound to be decent. Any recommendation on deck and size of speakers to get? I prefer not to install a amplifier and subwoofer so just like to run the power from the deck. I like 3 way 6x9 but think I might need a amp. Are 6 1/2 3-way speakers good enough?

Good front LED light bar?

The AKA porch light, just want just enough light and not to light up the whole area

As far as rearview/side camera systems go, I'm a big fan of the products from Rear View Safety ( https://www.rearviewsafety.com/ ). I've tried some of the cheap systems from Amazon and not had good experiences with them...and for a customer's bus, I can't risk a failure or callback.
