Help with solar system

Here is what I have for my solar setup:

600 watts of solar panels
60 amp MPPT charge controller
300 Ah battery
3000 watt pure-sine wave inverter

All day I was able to run the 12v Maxxair fan and charge my phone at the same time. When the sun went down, I wasn't able to have both running at the same time. Shouldn't the fan and outlet be pulling from the battery bank at that point? The battery was at 100% all day and then dropped to 0% when both the fan was on and phone charger plugged in after sun went down.

I do not understand why this is happening. Please help.

Do you have a meter of any kind? It sounds as though your BMS is interrupting the current flow. Get an actual measurement on the battery and go from there. It's sounds as though, per your description, that you're running on panels and your battery is not connected

I have a victron battery monitor. I will check the numbers tomorrow and see what it says. Thank you for your response.

Make sure there's battery voltage at the charge controller. On my setup when a BMS is activated I get a measurement of around 3.2 volts and it needs to be reset
