Illum Bus and GRD Bus

Trying to do some clean in my electrical box for the bus. It’s a 2003 Blue Bird, on my diagram, TOP MIDDLE, there is GRD Bus and Illum bus with 6 corresponding relay looking things. Each switch in the bus has a blue wire that runs to one of these box things.

What are they? Are they for lighting up the switches? Are they extra grounds? There are already ground wires that come out of each switch as well to ground posts I believe.

Just curious what these are and if the wires for the switches that I’m not using can be removed without effecting the whole system. I’m guessing it’s no problem but more or less curious what they are. Diagram posted below.

THANKS!
