Inverter trips GFCI hookup - workaround?

I've got an AIMS pure sine, automatic transfer, inverter/charger in my build. My 30A shore power line comes in through the inverter's passthrough to the panel with my 120v loads coming out of it.

If I connect the bus to a regular outlet, no issue, everything works fine. If I connect it to a GFCI outlet, it instantly trips the outlet and therefore cuts off shore power to the bus. I've chatted with AIMS and they've informed me that this is an issue with their inverters (and basically all on the market) given the bonding of neutral and ground inside the inverter.

Has anyone found a workaround to this issue so you're not only limited to normal outlets?

One idea I had is putting in a manual transfer switch between the panel and two power sources (shore and inverter). But this would require getting a separate charger coming off the panel to charge the batteries.

Thanks!
