Getting buzzers air probably

Can jump the starter it turns

No indicator lights on trans, push button style

Cat motor, turns over when starter is jumpered

All emergency doors are closed

I think it's the interlock but don't know and can't find how to disable my year the videos I find are different years and don't line up with what I got in my panel

Thanks for any help from all you awesome bus folks

The interlock on my shortie's back door was flaky and sometimes you had to wiggle it to get it to start. I was happy to disable that one and leave the others in place. ON my new bus I removed them all and the entire length of wire all the way back. It's a small sample size but my short bus had a 25% failure rate!

Hey man I was checking out your bus when u said you had a similar one to mine. It is very similar looking and same type of engine. This might be a no-brainer to you but if you still haven't gotten your bus started, it sounds like the same issue I had. I thought it was the interlock for awhile but then I finally figured out DUH! the batteries were dead. Like i said might be a no-brainer to you but took me a bit to figure out lol. The buzzers would go off and lights would work and engine would crank a few times but not turn over. Got some new batteries and it started up no problem.

I have no idea, it ran was parked for two year then didn't start

A super nice guy on here hooked me up with one for 250(still waiting for him to tell me where to send money)

It's an easyish fix but unless you find a used one a reman is like $800-900

The plus side of the cat motor is that they are everywhere the downside is some shops don't want to deal with them

Also everyone I've talked to said keeping the oil real clean is more important for cats so I may add a bypass filter
