do not factor in the genset
All this assumes you don't just want a stationary living space

I am not interested in making it a runner, I want all the utilities out of it. We agreed on $1200 dropped in the yard. I will pull everything of use and make a few bucks back on the scrap when I'm done.
He said he has driven from time to time and when he last tried to start it it had starter problems, wouldn't engage the flywheel to turn the motor. Replaced the started and still had issues. If that is the case it seems like an easy fix for me and possibly recoup some money on the motor.

Trailer hitch cargo box also. There's a ton of useable stuff off this thing, this is a major find towards the build.

Looks like a pretty awesome "skoolie kit".

I did, had to go $150 above his asking price to steal it from another buyer. Charging me $300 to tow it 50 miles. So $1200 in the yard and I have most of the the hard items for the bus.
New $750 propane tank and regulator, and it's full
Onan Genset
Cargo rack
Sinks
Stove/Oven
Microwave
Liquid tanks
2 A/C units
Electrics Plumbing fixtures
Cabinets
Handrails
Roof ladder
Awning
Fridge
I think I did ok.

Well the seller f**ked me. I was waiting for him to get over his cold to deliver it to me. I called just now to see when he might bring and was told someone else showed up with cash and took it yesterday. I'm pissed that he didn't call me and give me an opportunity to counter offer or pick it up my self. That was a big one that got away.

Yes, condolences.
Lesson, do not depend on seller to do anything, make your own arrangements.

I've got a similar opportunity. Gotta go see if the genset is worth it.
Lady wants to get rid of her water damaged class B and needs her yard mowed. Said she'll take lawn cutting as payment.
Sorry your lost your deal man. Keep your eyes peeled and another will come along.

For $650 I just purchased
2-13,000 BTU Coleman roof mounted AC units.
1-6,000 Watt Onan Gas Genset with 30 and 20 Amp service.
1- Dometic 6 cubic foot Propane/ Electric Frig
I've hooked them all up in the shop to confirm the worked prior to going through the trouble to install. The AC and Genset were original out of an 1989 RV so they appear to last. The frig was a "much newer" replacement.
The Genset was a heavy mother to install and now I've got to install an Automatic Transfer Switch to prevent a backfeed of shore power into the Genset and vice versa.

Seller is a wrecker service, we made arrangements and set a price to tow it to me as soon as the rain stopped. Bottom line is I think he got out of the buyer what I would have paid delivered to save him the tow. I'm still ticked that he didn't get ahold of me to counter, I would have paid $100's more before letting that deal go.
