Placement of electrical closet

Hello! Now that we have a bus and all my sketches aren't fantasy, I am finishing up the layout design. I know shore power and water at camp areas are typically on the drivers side (were you to back in) so it seems simpler to have the sink on that side. Is it also simpler to have the little electric closet on that side?

Grateful for all tips and advice!

I chose to have the kitchen (sink) face out the passenger side--a better view than looking out over the sewer hook up. Also the right side sink keeps my eyes on the entry door and anyone who may be headed my way.

Ol Trunt makes a great point. I have the sink on the driver's side to minimize plumbing.

The solar comes in on the passenger side and I have the battery right next to the rear handicapped doors, along with the inverter and distribution center. My reasoning was that the shore power won't see the same voltage sag a 12VDC line will if strung all around the bus.

I have a 30A 12V subpanel next to the sink for all electrical needs on the driver's side.

Our cabinet ended up on the driver side in the middle, its just easier to hide all of the distribution runs in the same areas.

I put mine in the left rear corner. It matches up well to site hook ups. I brought all my solar in there and my battery bank.

Thanks everyone! So it really doesn't matter that much I take it. Just a bit more conduit or pipes perhaps.
