Please look at my DC system

Please look at my DC plan so far and let me know what I am missing or if anything is wrong. I don't have any mounted solar currently but hope to add it in the future. I do have a portable panel that may be used if the need arises. As for DC draws there will be lights, a water pump, bath fan, USB ports. Later I might shift the Wabasto and heater fans to the house power.

Not sure how to connect the alternator to charge house batteries while driving.

AC plan coming soon.

Some thoughts:
  1. The main battery/inverter fuse should be located as close to the positive terminal as possible/practical. It should come before the busbar if you don't fuse the wire to the DC fuse block separately.
  2. I don't think you can find a circuit breaker (truly) rated for 300A, almost all reputable brands top out at 200A a few go up to 250A but cost $100 or more. There may be options I am not aware of, but don't be fooled by the cheap amazon off-brands, they should not be used for circuit protection and can't carry the current they claim. Best case they nuisance trip, worst case, when they fail they fail shorted. For > 200A, main battery circuit protection, a fuse (Class T, MRBF, or ANL) from a reputable maker (try bussmann, littelfuse, or square D) is a good approach.
  3. 1/0 is too small for a 300A fuse. You should never have a fuse larger than the wire it is supposed to protect. Here is a chart you can use to see what wire size you should use (find the column that applies to your wire insulation temperature and ambient temperature) With a 300A fuse you want to be using 4/0 or maybe 2/0 if its 105*C rated.
  4. The AIMS inverter you have has significant surge capability, I would double check your manual to see what wire size and fuse size they recommend.
  5. I believe the best practice for wiring batteries in parallel is the main positive and negative should not be on the same battery they should be at opposite ends of the bank, I believe Victron Wiring Unlimited discusses options for this.
