I haven't started installing my house electricals yet but I've been spending time on YouTube, this forum and The Explorist website https://www.explorist.life, among other places, trying to learn. The explorist has some sample wiring diagrams. I've also seen diagrams in other places but I can't remember where at this point.

Hopefully someone who's done it will also chime in.

Still building our bus, but I used explorist.life's diagram for the 3000w inverter/charger with 800w of solar - so far all electric components have worked perfectly and the install was actually WAY easier than I thought it would be - thanks to the guide.
I found the explorist.life diagram and shopping list super easy to follow - maybe not as cheap as parting everything out yourself, but definitely saved me a bunch of stress.

Yeah, don't. Charging batteries with batteries is about as inefficient as it gets.
