Pump Switch on Driver's Switch Panel

Aloha All,

Does anyone know what this rocker switch titled PUMP with a faucet and running water logo on it is for?

I have a 1998 Thomas FE Saf-T-Liner with a Cat 3126 ( first gen ) and an MD3060 Trans

Pretty sure that is the switch for the heater booster pump. The booster helps pump the hot coolant from the engine to the heaters in the bus.

Yup, that's a coolant booster pump. As someone else stated in my thread on the topic, if you have a front engine bus, it's probably not useful if you're removing the rear heaters. If you have a rear engine bus, however, you might want to keep it.

In my case, my pump is leaking a bit and I have a front engine, so I'm taking it out.
