Range hood monitoring water pump wiring fuse location

I have a JVC control panel that is located over the range. It quit working and it controls the water pump. I read that there should be a dedicated fuse for the panel and a dedicated fuse for the water pump. I have checked the fuses in the electrical panel that share the 110 DC power and the 12 v carriage and didn't find any bad fuse. I've also checked under the dash and in line with the converter. I'm wondering if anyone knows where they may be located at? I could care less about the monitoring of the tanks and the light/fan on the range. What I'm concerned about is the water pump not working.
