Ready to pull wire....few questions

I've been working on our electrical design and would like to run it by the community to make sure I haven't made any gross errors in logic/thinking (it's been known to happen

My 40' bus is being converted for full-time living for my wife and two kids.

Here is what I'm planning....

Battery bank (probably 4 6v golf cart batteries for two big 12v)
3000 Watt Inverter
Portable Solar panels for boondocking
Portable Generator for boondocking

DC Power would supply....

Stereo
Cameras
Monitor for Cameras
All Bus LED Lighting
USB Chargers
Roof Fantastic Fans (2)
Small personal fans (5 total, 1 for each bed and 1 at the driver)
Water Pump

Inverter would be for....

Deep Chest Freezer converted to refrigerator
Dedicated Receptacle for AC plug bathroom/Kitchen Appliance
Oven power supply (planning on putting in a small propane oven/cooktop)
Bosch 4-gallon electric water heater

I will have a Shore Power outlet (also for the generator) to supply the AC loads.

110 Power would be for two roof mounted AC units along with a 30,000 BTU MR Heater Wall non-vented heater.


I'm planning on running all the 12v to a dedicated fuse box inside the bus.
All the high voltage would run to a circuit breaker also inside the bus.

Questions!!!

1.) Best cable to use for powering the AC units? It's a 30 amp load so I was think it needs to be stranded 10 gauge wire. Only thing I can find is Marine Triplex wire.

Stereo power consumption...

I'd like to put in a nice stereo system (I'm an AV installer) that gives me a dedicated pair of speakers for the driver area and another 4-6 speakers for the main living areas. They would be powered by 2 independent amplifiers so I could turn each zone on/off from the front dash.

2.) My question here is about power consumption and feasibility of running stereo off of battery bank without concern for draining batteries. I know I need to supply the amps with a fused battery cable supply. I'm going to want to run the stereo both while driving and while the bus is not running. This is slightly confusing so any insights would be appreciated! Most amps are rated for 300 watts with a 30A fuse rating.

3.) Electric receptacles....thoughts on using standard romex vs something more "RV" made.
