Signal lights stopped working

Hi guys,

I'm from Belgium and recently I bought an International 3700 Wayne body school bus (1989) for a foodtruck project.
I was working on the wiring of the tail lights to install license plate light bulbs, and the tail light stopped working. The cable however had enough voltage. Managed to fixed this, problem was bad grounding.

A couple of days later however, I started the bus and I heard the sound of a popping fuse. All signal lights (back & front, L&R) suddenly stopped working, as well as the right brake light and left tail light. I was thinking of a bad fuse, but all fuses that have something to do with "lights" seem to be normal. There is one fuse box behind the control panel and one near the door handle, but none of these mention the signal lights or. Also the grounding of the cable where I was working on is fine.

Is there anything that i'm not seeing?
