Stop (surf) sign rewiring

Hi guys!

Iíve got a small question again. Since everybody overhere is only removing the wires of the stop signs I could not find the answer.
I transformed my stop sign to a surf sign and I would like to bring it back working. Thatís allowed in Holland. But the fact is, I canít find any wiring diagram about what happens inside the stop sign. Iíve got one red wire thatís cut of and a white one, donít know where to connect them, maybe somebody can help me out by showing a picture or tell me where to connect which wire. Also the lights I had to rewire and Iíve got no clue about where to connect them?

Thanks!!

Should be a simple thermal / electronic flasher for turn signal / hazards. Would make them alternate top to bottom. The flasher, of course, would have to be on a switch for control.

Looks like two relays in there, but one may be a flasher.

Yeah it is controlled by the flasher unit in the dash, but what I wanna know is how to rewire the stopsign itself. Seems they cut wires, and I tried to connect some things. The fact is I never seen how it suppose to work. I guess the sign should open as soon as the doors will be opened while the flashers are on?
