if its a conventional 3800 series bus.. then check your ECM fuses in the fuse panel on the front dash.. .. this could just be a stored code.. but the ECM will store codes and not operate the power relay (needed to start). if it has good Ignition key voltage but no-good battery plus voltage..
I have wiring diagrams for some of the busses..

It’s an 95 international 3800, blue bird chassis. It has the 7.3l t444e @216k miles. The cables to my battery’s are a bit corroded. I will check the fuse panel as well like you suggested. A diagram would be helpful as I’m fairly new to this. It’s my first Skoolie, The Skallywagon. I got it for 1500 dollars and It was driving for a while. I drove it from Sanford to windham out here in Maine and around town with no issues but then I left for a couple weeks and I came back to this. I’ll post some pictures soon. It definitely needs rust work in the back I’m about to treat it with ospho and patch it up with some new steel.
