Tc 2000 dead

Good morning
I have a 2003 handi bus 5.9. Had a service engine soon light
Code reader said it was a crank sensor so I had to remove the wires from the starter unbolt it and turn it to access the sensor, it was kinda a pain as you can’t see the top bolt on the starter. Anyway went to start the bus after and the hole bus is dead like battery switch is off. I have 12 v at the starter and the main fuse box by the driver front wheel on one of the small wires. But nothing on the 200 amp mega fuse, nothing in the electric box under driver wi Dow and nothing in the relay box under driver windshield washer box

I can’t follow the wires you just can’t see them inside the frame rail with air lines AC lines. I’m thinking there has to be a master relay where all these big 1/0 wires and terminate to turn all these items back on, but it doesn’t show it on the wiring diagram or anything that I’ve seen so far.
I’m stuck in an Rv park in Utah. I only have till the 11 th my reservation runs out and I can’t move the bus. Any help would be appreciated. If you know someone I can pay to help me fix it or have an idea of a master relay would help.

Do you have a grey box on your frame rail behind the driver side front tire. That is a box that has blade fuses that control the ECU. I would check all those fuses. Also mine has a shunt that leads to the fuse panel in the dash and under the driver window.

Bus is running problem was found
One of the positive wires off the starter had black heat shrink like all the negative wires and all the positive wires have red heat shrink. Well one of those wires had red heat shrink under a black heat shrink so I naturally landed it on the negative only to find out five days after looking I took a knife and cut a cut the insulation on each one and saw red underneath and that was the problem. Moved it to positive terminal and all is good moral of the story. Don’t believe the heat shrink thank you all for your help

Coachwork: Busless for now
Glad it was something simple. Just hate that it took so long to find it. Happy trails from here on!!!!
