eBay takes your word for Not As Received.
If just some are faulty, most sellers will just give a pro-rata refund rather than getting their seller rating dinged.
Note all the above is true, no matter what the seller posts wrt "as is" "no returns" etc, all that is meaningless when it tries to contradict eBay policy.
IOW even if they can't get your money back, eBay refunds you anyway.
But only true for regularly shipped items, not For Local Pickup or arranged Uship.com freight etc.
