My bus doesn't start because of the wiring (update)

A quick summary is I am attempting to rewire the fuse box to bypass the interlock system. I've removed a substantial amount of wiring and would like to try to work with the shortened wires. After talking to my buddy, he suggested putting everything back in its working order and following the grounding solution. I can do this, but I found a possible solution in this thread, specifically post 62 on page 4, that works directly with the fuse box:

The schematics can be found here. I listed the pertinent pages below; if the link doesn't work, see the full summary post #8 or google Thomas fs65 wiring diagram AWS:
http://s3.amazonaws.com/production-s...l_drawings.pdf
Pg. 36 - Most important page explaining the interlock system.
Pg.4 - Below the number 4, five wires down there is SA32. This is the interlock relay wire.
Pg. 6 - On the right side of the page, LED #21 shows the starter interlock fuse location.
Pg. 9 - Under J5, line 4 shows the SA32 wire location. It's also found under J6, line 5.
Pg. 18 - Towards the upper middle left of the page, underneath p88, the SA32 wire is explained.
Pg. 19 - On the upper left side, SA32-A is shown. On the right side, near the p95 diagram, the color of the SA32 wire is described.
Pg. 20 - On the upper left side, the SA32 wire is shown connecting to J32. On the bottom left side, across from letter B, the SA32-A wire can be traced.
Pg. 28 - This entire page looks important. Excuse my ignorance.
WHAT'S NEXT?!?
I am going to attempt the fuse box solution tomorrow. If I still can't get it to work, I'll rewire the bus to its original setup and follow the grounding solution suggested in the full summary post. Wish me luck.
