Post Thomas Saf-T-Liner PCB Diagrams & Wiring

This thread will contain diagrams and information pertaining to the circuit boards (PCBs) found on my 2002 Thomas Saf-T-Liner ER. Some of this information may be useful for other Thomas model years and types.

I have spent the past few months, literally, mapping the circuit board connections and creating my own wiring diagrams. I am almost done and will be posting the diagrams here for others to use. I have been going through all of the wiring harnesses, removing what isn't necessary and determining what circuits can be repurposed which necessitated knowing how the PCBs worked internally. There really aren't any diagrams available at this level of detail, and the manufacturer's wiring diagrams, while very helpful, aren't 100% accurate.

There are several versions of the PCBs used, so I will only be posting information pertaining to what was installed on my bus. Here are the options from the factory for my bus:

2002 Thomas Saf-T-Liner ER / HDX

Engine: Cat 3126B 250
Adjustable Pedals
Heated & Powered Mirrors
AM/FM radio, and PA system
Noise Suppression System

Not included:
Wheelchair lift
Underbody storage
Cruise control
Exhaust Brake
Retarder
Light Minder

Diagrams to follow.

If you have any questions about a wire or circuit on your Thomas Saf-T-Liner Bus, feel free to message me or ask here. I have learned quite a lot throughout this process.

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever get that PCB diagram? It would be really helpful.
