Here is a download link emailed to me today from Thomas for a PDF that contains general wiring info for 1997 and earlier models. This link expires, so my hope is that someone will download and post it permanently on the forum for others' benefit. (I don't know how). It is a 166 page pdf file.

i have the 80s wiring diagram for all thomas bus body wiring but it is an older laminated 11x17 sheet so it doesnt scan well

but anyall diagrams are going to be specific to what you have.
FE/RE box body?
my FE was built on a ford cab and chassis and sent to thomas with no body.
thomas added the body and did there own wiring.
in my situation i have to look at ford f700 wiring diagrams if i have under the hood or front light,starting problems etc.
bus body lighting and stuff is a thomas wiring diagram and mine has a side note for lack of better words of where thomas tapped into each of the different vehicle manufacturers fuse boxes.
