Understanding a 2003 Blue Bird electric panel

Hello all!

I'm new to the game here and could use a hand understanding the electric panel inside my 2003 Blue Bird All American. My main goal here is to understand the diagram and how it translate over to the physical side. I'd also like to understand it so I can properly take off the stop sign and stop arm without setting off the interlock.

I tried doing some searching but nothing concrete really came up. I'd appreciate any explanations or resources that can help out. Thanks! Click image for larger version
