Warning, clearance and cluster lights not working (potential solution)

A while back I ripped out a bunch of the bus wiring that I didnt need. Just wires that went to stuff I already ripped out (radio, stop sign, old speakers and lights). At some point in this process the warning and cluster lights along with the windshield wipers stopped working. Ive been messing with the fuse box ever since because I think the problem stems from there. Ill include a picture of the back with two points labeled. Point A is a "Hot All Time" wire for Radio Memory. Point B is a "ign fed" wire for my Warning, Clearance and Cluster lights. When I connect the wire from A to B, the lights and windshield wipers start working again. Not sure how this makes the wipers work but Ill take it. It seems like the wire B is only missing a hot wire of some sort. Might have gotten pulled out on accident at some point. Just wondering... is this a bad solution to my problem? I plan on marking the change on the wiring sheet inside the door.
