Will this battery support an inverter?

I had to recently replace my bus starter batteries and purchased two of the pictured batteries. The batteries that came with the bus were 700 cca and a friend told me to try and get as high cca so that I could run an inverter off of the batteries also. I didn't notice until after installation that the label mentioned, "not recommended for use with inverter".

Would there be a specific reason that would be the case or would it still be ok to hook up the two batteries for use, we're talking 2% of the year maye. The rest of the time will be on shore power.

Thank you for the advice!

What you do depends on the amount of power being used.

That looks like a standard group 31 battery, most on here use them for starting batteries. It's not that that battery isn't friendly for inverters, it's that it isn't a deep cycle type battery that you can frequently charge and discharge, it's made for starting your bus. But, if you're powering an inverter to run a small load for a little bit, then you can hook an inverter to that and it will work just fine. If you're planning on powering household items for days on end, you should design and build a house battery bank to do just that.
