Wiring 50amp panel grounding question

Does this wiring setup look right? I have a 50amp inlet which are the 4 wires on the top. I will add all the fittings and stuff later but I wanted to check and see if I added the ground correctly? In my shop, my sub panel has the ground and neutral together. I read on here I needed to separate my ground and run a wire from this ground to the chassis.

I think you're going to need a photo here to make all this make sense.

Your shop subpanel does not sound like it's wired correctly. All subpanels should have a separate ground and neutral-they should not be bonded together.

Same on the bus. Pictures would help confirm.
