Word of Advice regard DC wiring

Would like to share that my deck lites wiring which is under the deck for protection and rated outdoor lasted one year and the 2 conductors inside the jacket corroded into dust.DO NOT BUY CHEAP CHINA CRAP CABLE ON AMAZON.Buy the Marine grade tinned copper cable which will last years and cost double but will save you double the haste of replacing crap wire😎

I don't disagree, there are times when you need to up the quality to avoid premature disappointment because of difficulty of repair or replacement.

In some circumstances 'buy cheap and replace often' can work. All my LED lights are installed to be easily replaced, for instance, simply because lights are, well, lights, and like light bulbs sometimes they fail.

In some cases I'm experimenting with lighting, so changing it up has produced surprising improvements.
