About this type inlet?

Hi guys, first post here!
I'm cheating as I am really building a cargo to strealth RV conversion. But I figured the skoolie types would know this one.

S
Planning my plumbing set up. I would like to install the following inlet: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B07TXT1RZT/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1KN7E2QTA18DX&psc=1

But I don't understand a few things.

First, how do I hook up expansion type 1/2" PEX pipes to the city inlet port, and vent port? I can't really see how they tie into pipes.

Also, for the gravity fill port, the description says to use 1"1/4 pipes. But what kind of pipe did you guys use?

And in the list of tank fittings here, which one should I pick for the fill tube?
