Plumbing ideas

OK, so we're planning on putting a toilet in the bus. The main things we're looking for are simplicity and cleanliness - I don't want a damn tray to pull out.

What we're considering:

Using a regular home toilet, but one of the smaller versions.

Using a PVC pipe, maybe 18 inch pipe to be the water source. We plan on mounting it up high and just filling it up with a hose. A few feet of that should provide a lot of water.

COnnecting our water source to the toilet in the same manner that you'd hook up your home toilet

Using some kind of resivior underneath. That is the part we're really not sure of.

So what do you all think? Any better ideas out there? We're definetely open to suggestions!

Easiest thing is to use a black water tank, it will mount under bus, you can either hook your toilet up to a freshwater tank with a pump of if availible a water hose is fine then when you flush it goes into tank, which can be emptied at any campground and alot of rest areas, sounds complicated but it really is simple and not too expensive.

And there's supposed to be a vent of some sort on the route to the black water tank? Is that correct? or is that on another part of the water sewage system?

Here's a pretty detailed explanation:
