Toilet special needs

A member of my family has a mental disability with a few quirks. This requires a special toilet. A dry one.

Anyhow, I am hoping someone here has seen a toilet that has a dry bowl?
Never used an RV one so not sure how they operate. And my memories of the marine ones were they were simple handles you pumped to open a valve and allow water in after the biz was done.

I don't know what needs you are talking about, but don't the composting toilets work without water? And you could put a lock on the compost box so it could only be opened by you. Of course if you are a full timer, I'm not sure if the composting toilet is a good idea, but it might be.

First idea with the porta potty might work. I do want to connect it to a black water tank, since there is simply NO way this many people can do a compost toilet rotation.

They problem isn't her touching the water, it is the water accidently touching her while doing potty biz that hmm creeps her out. A quirk but not unusual for people with her disorder.

I'm not a plumber so will have to see what diagrams I can find to make a porta potty like that work with a bwt. Suggestions are always welcome!

I believe it pumps dry after each use, but not sure.

most rv toilets i have used are dry until u fill the bowl with water and then flush ..it is a two pedal system one fill one flush
and can be used dry...it sometimes just requires alittle more scrubbing come cleaning time
