Ac just stopped. Is this the problem?

We have been driving our 2010 Chevy express Collins Short bus for about a year and a half; no real issues. Ac stopped working a while back and this pictured "fuse" popped. I clicked it back in and all was well for 6 months.

It has happened again but clicking it back in is not helping.

Questions.
1. What us this? Breaker? Fuse? Is it part of the ac system?
2. We have front ac and the big back ac unit. Both are not working. I assume they are both connected? True?
3. Lastly, can anyone point a non-electrical person in the right direction? If you notice on the photo, the "breaker/fuse" has crumbled apart. (The red button is gone. I guess the whole part is bad) Obviously this should be the problem I just can't figure out what it is.

Thank you in advance for any experience you may have.
Doug

when ive seen these breakers melt like that its usually one of a couple things..
1. they have gotten water in them over the years and the contacts corrode, arc, and get destroyed..

2. one or more of your condenser fans from the skirt condenser are failing.. the bearings begin to fail and the motors bind up which pulls lots of current..

there are usually more fuses related to the A/C someplace.. that main 90A breaker seems high for just A/C.. seems it wouldve been the main breaker for the whole auxiliary school bus panel where the switches for the "bus part" are...
