Carrier Hose Identification

I want to relocate the condenser to the passenger side. I’ve traced the hoses and wires and everything is easy to relocate except the hot side hose. Once it enters the engine bay it becomes a tangle of hose and tubing. It’s really an afterthought. I’ve decided that since it’s the hot side that I can just extend the hose 10 feet. I’m making an assumption so if I’m assuming incorrectly please let me know.

So the next order of business if this is doable is to get the right parts. My bus is a 2007 Minotour. The AC is Carrier installed as a tie-in using the factory compressor (I think!).

It seems like the fittings and clamps are all very specific to the hose. I’ve seen references to FlexCLIK, but from what I can find that wasn’t introduced until 2010.

Any help in identifying what I have or what I need would be greatly appreciated
