That is impressive.

If a "place setting" is a plate, knife, fork and a glass I suspect that you could hand wash 10 with 2 gallons. Pans tend to be the biggest water consumer in my dishwashing endeavors.

We had one in the 1970's. Sucker made some heavy bricks O' trash. Had to buy the bags. Saved space. Need to be cleaned periodically.
