Do you want AC when you are going down the road?

If so, can you accommodate the units in your layout/design?

If you answered yes to both then keep them.

Then keep them. They won't help while parked, unless you run the motor... But they are good for when moving down the road or in an emergency when your parked.

I wouldnt have it any other way... it takes a LOT of A/C to overcome the engine heat, road heat, etc... so even if you put in rooftops / minisplit etc for when parked it isnt going to do much for keeping you cool on the road..

I added dual units to one of my busses and re-vamped the unit in my other bus so i can be sweat-less on trips in the summer south
