How do I remove Rear A/C and heater?

I think I want to remove the rear A/C,most of my time will be spend staying in one spot and I think I want to install a Mini Split.

I still want A/C in the cab

It is at least in the way right now as I am trying to gut the Bus and take the paneling out.

How do I take the Rear A/C and Heater out?

thanks

You probably need to discharge the refrigerant line first to get all the R134a out. There should be a valve on there somewhere for that purpose. The refrigerant lines should all be contained in that A/C unit (not running throughout the bus).

Once you have that done, it should just be a matter of undoing fasteners and pulling the whole unit off. Looks heavy.
