Installing woodstove in my GMC minibus

So I am looking into installing a woodstove before I move up to Baltimore (not the coldest place in the world, but still pretty cold for living in a moving metal box) and I need some advice. I am looking for a tiny woodstove, would prefer the sardine or the hobbit or something like that but its out of my price range, so considering a stove from four dog, maybe the two dog or 3 dog model. Anyone have any experience with these types of stoves, and would you suggest putting firebrick inside? Will it heat my 13 x 6 bus pretty well? I have a 4 x 4 space to put it in, and basically would like to have 1 1/2 feet on each side and 1 to 1 1/2 feet from the wall. Can I put up something, such as cement board, in order to make it safely fit in these dimensions? What is the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning (I will probably be putting in a detector, but if you have any other advice on how to lessen the risks). How well do these damper? If anyone has any other advice or pictures of the installation of a stove please let me know! Thanks!

-Annie

i have a wood stove in my bus witch is a 40 footer and it heats it up very nicely. if you keep enough logs going in it can get as hot as u want it to. take a look at my build page for construction ideas, its called ''The Sloth''

Thanks for the offer. That stove looks cool. Are your plans online?
