Mini Split Ventilation Question

I want to mount the mini split condenser under the drivers seat, under the bus.
I'll cut a vent into the wall of the bus, so there's plenty of air flow into and away from the coils.
But we won't be able to meet the over head suggestions for clearance.
Is this a major issue or should we be ok, even if we have zero inches of overhead clearance?
