Need help removing Rivets!

Good morning everyone! I made a post on here previously about my ceiling removal and was able to get a lot of great help. Here's issue, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong with this air chisel! I'm an absolute beginner but let me explain. I've seen a lot of videos on how to remove these pesky rivets, I bought an air compressor, air chisel, and everything else it shows in the video, but there has to be something I'm missing. The air chisel is only chipping the paint of the rivet but it doesn't seem to have enough power to actually take them off. I'm able to use the spike to pop the rivet end, but I'm not able to take it off no matter how hard or light I press, what angle I try, and I've tried 3 different chisels. Here's a video of exactly what I'm doing, if you see anything I'm doing wrong please let me know. Any and all help is appreciated. it's a 1982 Blue Bird is that makes any difference. Thank you for your time and God bless! (Also in the video I know I only hold it there for a few seconds but nothing happens even after a minute.)

Press hard, keep the chisel closer to flush with the ceiling ... and make sure the chisel is sharp. The chisel you were using looks more like a flat-head screw driver ... but I could not see the tip in the video.

Eye and ear protection! I ended up using a grinding wheel to remove the 10,000 rivets holding our ceiling panels on. Next bus we buy will be one with screws....
