Wtf+1

I agree, just about any place that does car/truck/suv airconditioning repairs should be able to suck out the refrigerant.

This is a detail R-12 was sold under a brand name "Freon" 134a is the refrigerant used in your system. The name keeps getting used but they are different.

Telephone places and make sure they have space for a bus. Some small shops may not be able to fit a bus in the lot... Just not enough space.

When I had my shop, I would charge you for refrigerant recovery.

I recommend you start calling shops closest to you and work your way to shops farther away.

If a shop person is like me, use the term 134a not "freon" Many shops dont have the equipment for R12 anymore.

Cadillac Kid has some very good posts about getting the most performance out of a bus ac system.... I think you would do well to play copy cat. I am.

Cadillac is one very smart person, one of the best I have never met.
