Sauna Insulation

Anyone try using the "aluminum foil" type sauna insulation in a Skoolie? How did it turn out?

Where are you putting the insulation specifically? On the inside of the existing metal walls/ceiling? Or in between the steel studs?

And are you interested in insulating performance, or worried about it something not working right?
