Skipping roof insulation, or blow in option?

Got a Bluebird All American. Don’t plan on living in it, just a weekend lake place to crash. Clearance is of concern, and no plan to raise the roof. So I will be fighting for every 1/4” of height between the floor and the ceiling. Anyone have experience with skipping the roof insulation? Or some sort of “blow-in” option? Drill a 1” or 2” hole at each segment and blow the insulation in? Someone will chime in about thermal break. However, not looking for the good solution, looking for the “good-enough” solution.
