Tent trailer galley into skoolie?

Hey all, any build is down the road a ways for me but I wanted input so I can change my mind dozens of times.
I have a classic popup tent travel trailer I can salvage interior stuff from, bad canvas sides all around, and I am interested in the galley, heater, and fridge. Maybe a dummy install to get RV blessing. The compact appliance size works well with my skoolie idea as I want about a 40' bus with a rear garage toy hauler ~15'ish length leaving about ~20'ish for living area, so shorty bus size space. This will probably be a flat nose to maximize interior length.

The trailer is probably 40ish years old. Does this stuff have any serviceable parts available or is it obsolete and proprietary? Is this a workable idea?

There won't likely be any new parts available but with a little creativity both the gravity heater and the stove top will work just fine. I'd probably change out the frig for a new dorm frig though. I like the compact nature of the kitchen counter you show.
