Transicold AC not turning back on

Hey there everyone. My family and I are mid build on a 2004 ce300. Everything gs going pretty well so far, but we are keeping the carrier transicold acbfor the time being. It actually works great and will get cold enough to freeze us out in South fl heat. The issue is that when I turn it off I can't get it to turn back on with out unhooked it from power. It doesn't even start back up after turning the bus on and off. I'm assuming that there's something more I should be doing on the control unit. I can't seem to find a manual for this controller anywhere online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that controller I think was exclusive to IC.. ive never seen it on anything but an IC.. they were a problem child.. its called "CabCommand". it was never meant to be used on A/C.. it was designed for Reefer trucks but ive seen a few on A/C...

here is the user guide for it online

I dont have any docs on carrier Reefers as i never worked on them.. only the A/C's
