Utilize or remove already installed DTAC 315-CR

There's a Large black thing heater/ ac combo? called a DTAC 315-CR that I suspect works when the bus is running, in the back of my short skoolie and I'm wondering if I should incorporate/ keep it or remove it. Does anyone have any experience utilizing or removing these? Can it be removed without messing up the wiring of the bus?

It's AC only, only works when engine is running.
