Question What to do with these tubes (Workhorse)

As pictured (top right corner of pic) there are tubes leading from floor to ceiling that my wife and I are unsure of. We want to know if it is possible to cut or move them. I looks like some may lead to the A/C above (we are also unsure on removing this a/c unit as we've heard it's very convenient to keep) and some contain wiring to lights and speakers. We won't need speakers in the future but are unsure if keeping the wiring for the lights would make it easier when doing electrical later (we would likely hire someone for the electrical).

Those would be the AC plumbing and electric and probably the wires for the rear lights, just build a removable cover around them, would be a pain and expensive to move
