Android/Carplay screen for all new tech (backup/front cameras, speakers, etc.)

Hello! Newbie here, calling in the experts! I'd love to get a dope android/car play screen to use for apple car play, navi, back up and front view cameras and the speakers. So something ideally not on the larger end. Any expert info to keep in mind or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I'm not sure there is such a product. I've installed a double DIN touch screen with android auto and apple car play, when the phone is cable connected, in our 2002 F350 with the 7.3 power stroke.
It does have the backup camera and the navi from the phone (as long as you've got service when you're starting the navi app in the phone) but it won't take other cams. You could install the backup cam as a forward cam but it has no recording function so it would be worthless.
For the skoolie we're looking at a stand alone cam system with cams on both sides, front and back, recording (of all cams) AND a display that allows all cams to be seen at once. It's only about $400. We're also going to install a stand alone RV GPS that is also about $400. The RV specific units are worth their weight in gold when driving a large rig. You input your specifications.... height, width, length, weight, and other information. While yo must keep your eyes open for stuff it missed en route, it will generally adjust your route to accommodate restrictions and barriers.

What is the camera/monitor system you decided to go with?

This is the one we've settled on though everything on our build is subject to change until installed.
